The Caroline County Department of Public Works is seeking quotes from qualified vendors interested in a Plumbing Maintenance Agreement.  Please provide quotes by April 4, 2023.  Scope of services includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide qualified plumbers on an as-needed basis.  The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the complete and satisfactory performance of plumbing repair work.  The Contractor shall be expected to perform routine and emergency plumbing repair services in fifteen (15) county buildings, twelve (12) county parks, and any other locations owned/maintained by Caroline County Government throughout Caroline County.

 Please see attached Exhibit A for Scope of Work and Exhibit B for Hourly Rate Schedule.

 Kindly submit quotes to Kevin Brown, Facilities Superintendent, no later than April 4, 2023.

1. Possess a valid Master Plumbers License
2. Must be registered in Caroline County or have the ability to be registered in Caroline County before contract award.
3. Meet the following insurance requirements prior to execution of the contract:
a. General Liability – Minimum $2,000,000
b. Workers’ Compensation Insurance as required by law.
c. All required coverages shall include and specifically name the County as an additional insured and loss payee with respect to all operations under the contract.
d. The successful bidder will furnish the County with any up-to-date certificates of insurance stating the requirements listed above at contract implementation.
