Ultra Low Sulfur #2 Dyed Heating Oil

On behalf of the Caroline County Department of Corrections, the County Commissioners of Caroline County are accepting contractor bids for the purchase of Ultra Low Sulfur #2 Dyed Heating Oil to be delivered to 101 Gay Street Denton, MD 21629. Specifications and standards as contained elsewhere in this proposal.

Printed copies of the RFP and bid forms may be obtained from the Caroline County Department of Finance, located at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629.  Refer to RFP# CCDC2023-01.

 The initial contract term will be for 12 months

• This contract will include options to the successful bidder for renewal for up to 4 additional terms of 12 months each

 Bids must be received in the offices of the Caroline County Commissioners, located at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629, ATTENTION: Nicole Pearce, by no later than 10:00 a.m., 2/1/2023 where they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
