How is contraband handled?
From time to time, inmates will try to smuggle in contraband. Contraband includes anything prohibited to inmates. The most common examples are cell phones, cigarettes, lighters, illicit drugs, and improvised weapons. Possession of contraband is a criminal offense and will be prosecuted.
