Department of Emergency Services
Mission Statement
The Department of Emergency Services will provide high
quality Emergency Communications, All Hazards Planning, and
Risk Management services to the residents of Caroline County,
to their governmental departments, agencies and their visitors.
We will be professional and supportive to the organizations of
whom we interact, being proactive in the protection of lives
and property.
We recognize our most important resource is a highly qualified
and trained staff. We will do our best to create a positive
work environment in which personal growth can be achieved.
